The Client

The UK's first online clinic to offer legal online medical consultation. HealthExpress have treated over 100,000 patients now spanning across Europe.

The Project

To optimise HealthExpress for all mobile devices and integrate Android and IOS into the existing desktop website.

The Solution

The development of a dedicated mobile website and app for both Android and IOS working within a detailed design wireframe. Created using HTML5 technology, the result was a fluid, responsive website and app that coincided with the existing desktop website.

The Result

  • 52% increase in mobile traffic conversion rate.
  • 32% decrease in mobile traffic bounce rate.
  • 116% increase in mobile traffic time on site.

Shytobuy

The Client

Established in 2004, ShytoBuy aims to help others overcome potentially embarrassing conditions.

The Project

Develop intelligent shipping software that allows real-time shipping options to be displayed alongside accurate pricing based on the customer's shipping address.

The Solution

The solution involved updating the existing stock platform to allow for product dimensions and weights to be stored. This allowed us to establish accurate costing information when requesting service details via partner courier API's. Shipping localisation was also implemented meaning foreign customers are exposed to the delivering courier company, not the dispatching company.

The Result

  • 23% saving on international delivery charges (based on comparable delivery service).
  • 15% increase in conversion rate for foreign customers.
  • 42% decrease in post shipping tickets.

Weightworld

The Client

WeightWorld is one of the UK's leading weight management websites, allowing customers to purchase a variety of weight loss and weight gain products.

The Project

To create a local version of WeightWorld UK within European markets including France, Germany, Portugal, Italy, Spain, Sweden and Denmark.

The Challenge

Redevelop the existing content management system to allow multiple domains, languages and currencies. To do this, we integrated a variety of third party software providers to help streamline stock control, accounting, customer support and analytical reporting. This included localisation of each language domain in relation to shipping options, payment options and various trust elements.

The Result

  • 162% increase in sales over a 12 month period.
  • 141% increase in traffic (all domains).
  • 216% increase in phone calls and email tickets.

The aim was to create a new brand identity whilst keeping the business' core ideology and themes at the forefront.
